Return Policy

Returns: Returns are accepted. There is a 60-day return period - You have 60 days to try it out. Send it back to us within the first 60 days and we’ll give you a refund. Buyer pays for return shipping. There is a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to start a return, simply contact us and send us an email with your information.
You will be refunded for the machine you returned minus any shipping charges. We do not accept returned masks so please do not send your mask back to us. We do not refund shipping charges.  You will be refunded for the condition of the machine you send back to us. For example, if you buy a new machine, and you use it and send it back for a refund - the machine is now a used machine so the refund will based on used machine prices.
We will submit your refund back to the card or account we have on file that was used to make the purchase. If your card or account does not allow us to submit the refund, and we have to send your refund to a different card or account, then an additional processing fee of $50 will be charged.
All orders ship immediately on same day. If you need to cancel the order, then you will need to ship it back to us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Overnight Shipping: All overnight shipments that are placed before 3pm ET on any business day will arrive the following business day.  3pm ET is the cutoff - orders placed after 3pm ET will go out the following business day and arrive the business day after that.  Overnight shipments placed on the weekend will go out the next business day and be delivered on the following business day. We do not deliver overnights on Saturday or Sunday because these are not business days.  Overnight orders placed before 3pm ET on Friday will be delivered on Monday.  Overnight orders placed after 3pm ET on Friday will go out on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.
Late shipments: We are not responsible for late shipments. Once we have handed your package to the shipping carrier - it is the shipping carriers responsibility to ensure your order is delivered on time. Please contact your shipping carrier if your order arrives later than expected.
International Shipping: All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Note: We do not accept international returns
