The difference between the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto and the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto For Her is the Auto For Her has a special autoset algorithm that is designed specifically for women. Women tend to have smaller lung capacity than men which makes their breathing slightly more shallow. Many women do fine on the regular Airsense 10 Auto while other women prefer to stick with the Auto For Her machine.

There are only 2 differences between the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto FOR HER and the regular Resmed Airsense 10 Auto - and those differences are below:
1. The physical appearance of the 'Auto FOR HER' machine is white with flower - like designs on the front of the machine. Whereas, the regular Airsense 10 Auto looks black in a appearance.
2. The Resmed Airsense 10 Auto FOR HER has an additional option that allows the user to choose a breathing algorithm that is tailored just for the female respiratory system. The 'Auto FOR HER' breathing algorithm is more gentle compared to the regular Airsense 10 auto because women have smaller lungs than men. We have turned on this option so this machine will come already programmed with the 'Auto For Her' turned on.
Our opinion on this machine is that most women will be able to use the regular Airsense 10 Auto just fine. However, some women may feel better with the Airsense 10 FOR HER because it comes with a breathing algorithm option that was designed to suit women better.
If you have tried the regular Airsense 10 Auto, and it was not adequate, then the 'Auto FOR HER' is likely a good next option.
